Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

PolyServe Technologies provides Portfolio Management (B2C) and Business Solutions (B2B). Each engagement is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement which details the deliverables, timelines, and costs.

2. Payment Terms

• Professional fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
• Delayed payments may incur a late fee of 2% per month.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the specific creative deliverables. However, PolyServe Technologies retains ownership of any proprietary tools, scripts, or methodologies used in the process.

4. Limitation of Liability

PolyServe Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal. Arbitration shall be the preferred method of resolution.
